TruTaste Product Assurance Policy
At TruTaste, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and replacement policy.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
If you’re facing an issue with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under these conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it without any hassle. You must raise the request within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue for verification.
- Condition of Returned Products: The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging when sent back to us. Returned products will undergo an inspection to ensure they meet these standards.
- Exchange Guidelines: Once the returned item passes inspection, we’ll dispatch the replacement. The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the original. Please note that partial exchanges for items from the same order are not permitted.
The process of reviewing, approving, and dispatching a replacement generally takes 10-12 business days.
Refund Policy
While we do not encourage refunds, we’ll ensure a smooth process for eligible requests:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Shipping and COD charges for Cash on Delivery orders are non-refundable.
- Refund requests will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the product is as ordered and not defective.
- If the request is initiated more than 7 days after delivery.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
At TruTaste, we understand that plans change. Here’s how you can manage your orders:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
- Merchant-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders in cases such as:
- Suspicious or fraudulent activities.
- Pricing or inventory discrepancies.
- Additional verification required before processing.
If your order is canceled by us after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that promotional discounts or vouchers used in such orders may not be refunded.
